This historic building in Lind was built in the early 1900's and had operated as Slim's Bar and Grill for 48 years. When operating as a bar, it may have been one of the 10 oldest bars in the state. The movie “Always” directed by Steven Spielberg as filmed in the bar in 1989. In 1993, the bar was remodeled to be a restaurant and bar, with an additional dining room. All equipment and fixtures are included. The flattop grill is well seasoned with a grill attached to make awesome hamburgers and steaks.  The roof is coated with urethane foam and has a warranty to 2035. The second story could be updated to be used as an event area, living quarters, or as a rental. The possibilities are endless.
