Josh began his real estate career in 2005 and quickly earned Gateway Real Estate’s Rookie of the Year award. Since then, he has consistently ranked among the top-producing real estate professionals, led successful teams, achieved record-setting sales, and helped hundreds of families buy and sell homes throughout Western Washington.
Before real estate, Josh earned full-ride basketball scholarships at the University of Washington and Eastern Washington University. The discipline, preparation, teamwork, and perseverance he learned on the basketball court continue to shape the way he serves his clients and leads The Barnard Group today.

Danielle joined the real estate business in 2020, bringing a strong background in marketing, a sharp eye for detail, and a natural ability to make people feel comfortable and cared for. She helps shape the marketing and client experience behind each sale, adding creativity, organization, and thoughtful personal touches that make important moments feel special.
